2. What data we collect
a) Data you provide voluntarily
Through the "Request information" form we collect the data you enter: first name, last name, email, phone number and the content of your message. The form is handled via the FormSubmit service, which forwards the content to the Controller's mailbox.
b) Browsing data and cookies
While browsing, technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected and — only with your prior consent — statistical data via analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your requests and managing bookings — legal basis: your consent and/or performance of pre‑contractual measures (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- Aggregate statistical analysis of site usage — legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.
- Legal obligations (e.g. invoicing, where a service is provided) — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
4. Recipients and service providers
Data may be processed, on our behalf, by the following providers acting as data processors or independent controllers:
- FormSubmit (Webhook, Inc., USA) — sending the contact form by email;
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC, USA) — Google Analytics (statistics, subject to consent) and Google Calendar (bookings);
- Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA) — website hosting.
Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of adequate safeguards under the GDPR (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adherence to the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
6. Retention period
- Form requests: for as long as necessary to handle the request and, if a relationship arises, for its duration and the terms required by law.
- Statistical/analytics data: according to Google Analytics retention settings.
7. Your rights
As a data subject you may exercise, at any time, the rights set out in Articles 15‑22 GDPR:
- access to your data, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- restriction of and objection to processing;
- data portability;
- withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).
